Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist if your order has not yet been dispatched.

We currently do not offer exchanges. However, we are happy to assist with returns or replacements where applicable.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. For security, we may verify your email address or order number before processing.
In some cases, we may request the item to be returned. Our team will guide you through the process if needed.
